If you are assigned to the 1st service (9:00) try to be there by 8:03 to setup. Check with music director for any special setups for the 1st or 2nd service (11:15). Sound tech's duties are as follows: First Service.... 

1. Arrive at church by 8:03am 

2. Assist in setting up the mics and musical equipment 

3. Make sure sound board setting are correct for singers and other musical equipment.

   Make adjustments as needed 

4. Adjust lighting as needed during the service 

5. Bring house lights down during communion 

6. After service assist in the break down and storage of equipment 

7. Determine whether or not if there are any special needs for the 2nd service and act

   on said needs 

8. Record entire service and return the tape to the office

Second Service.... 

1. Arrive at chruch by 10:31am 

2. Determine if there are special needs for the 2nd service 

3. Make sure sound board setting are correct for singers and other musical equipment

   and make adjustments as needed 

4. Adjust lighting as needed during the service. bring house lights down during 

   communion 

5. After service break down and storage equipment 

6. Record entire service and return the tape to Jan
